As an elderly couple, we forgot to put our trash out last week. One of the gentlemen who is on our route made it a point to come to our door to make sure our trash got picked up. Thank you for great service.

Ava's is the best trash service I have ever had & I was born & raised in Bloomington. My husband spoke to the Driver one day & said he was a REALLY nice guy. We have ALOT of respect for the guys on the trucks as my husband works the exact same type of job. Ava's also has the BEST prices of anyone in Monroe County & have been very nice any time I have spoken to them. I was really happy to see they had a food drive for the pantry & was happy to donate - that's my kind of company!!

We moved to Ellettsville back in 2018 I asked around and was recommended to try Ava’s. They have been great. I have had no issue with them. I have used a dumpster by them regular weekly pick up and furniture pick up. They do the best they can to stay on schedule during holidays and inclement weather. I plan to continue using Ava’a and will recommend to everyone I know.

Ava's was very respectful and professional when I was setting up my account and service. I had a few questions, and they responded very promptly. Trash is removed on the day that they say it would be collected. Recycling is also picked up on the days they stated would occur. This is an excellent waste removal service. They make set up very easy. If I need more containers, they make it simple and easy to get that going. I highly recommend this service. They are top notch!

Recently switched to Ava’s couldn’t be happier, great company! I appreciated them asking about cancelling my prior service and when I called back they had me setup with new bins the next day. Service has been flawless and I like the trashbilling.com payment portal it was easy to setup. Highly recommended and price can’t be beat!

So I used them for a roll off once and now have a permanent small dumpster. This company has good reviews for a reason. They take care of us and the community with a positive attitude and always friendly staff. Now my little one can pull back the blinds and watch you guys in action every week. Ava's Waste Removal is great! I called yesterday to set up service, and they answered all my questions and promptly set up my trash bins that same evening so trash could be picked up this morning! Very pleased so far with my service. Nice perk that they add recycling for a good deal.

I am SO glad we switched our service to Ava's! Not only are they quick and responsive with any requests, but they picked up a few larger items that we had to get rid of for a very minimal charge - much cheaper than borrowing a truck and taking it all to the dump. Would recommend 100x over.

So far I've been happy with the pickup with one major exception. They pick up my trash at 5:30 am, and wake me up about half the time or more. Considering stopping service, but I may call first.

Highly recommend. Wonderful service. I hadn’t realized that our tote had blown over overnight due to high winds. The driver didn’t see it right away, but put truck in reverse and backed up to empty our tote. Thank you!
